The Ice Rink at the Hubbards Recreation Center was a huge success last year and this year we want to get the rink up earlier. If you would like to volunteer your time please come out to:

The Hubbards Rec Centre this Saturday, January 14th at 12pm and help get the rink up this year.

Once it is in place, fingers crossed for some "cooler weather" for more than a day or two so that the rink can be enjoyed as much as it was last year! When it's ready, an email will be sent out and it will also be placed on the sign at the beginning of the road.

At the Hubbards Area Lions Club starting tonight through till December at 7:30 pm.  Doors open at 7:00 pm.  There will be 50/50 tickets available.  Cost $5 per persons to play which includes high hand.  All monies taken in except 50/50 will be given back in prizes.  A potluck supper will be held for the players and guests in December.   For more info/register call Joan 857-1737 or 857-9845 after 2:00 pm.
