This site is a place where anybody can post an article (or a link to an article) about something that has happened or will happen around Hubbards, NS. Read more about posting.

This site is not a business or a charity. It doesn't have a board or a committee. It operates as a service to our community. We make no promises about any specific level of service, and we take no responsibilty whatsoever for the nature or the accuracy of the information on this site.
Why not use a Facebook page or group? While Facebook has a tremendous number of users, there are still many people who are not comfortable with it, especially those concerned about privacy. It's also not very friendly to older users who are less comfortable with its advertising, clutter and small font size. That being said, if a Hubbards Facebook page (or any other site for that matter) becomes the place people turn to for very local news and events, we'll happily retire this site.
