Athenaeum Society Meeting:  The presentation at the October 16 Athenaeum Society Meeting will be given by Dr. Jamie Whidden.   Dr. Whidden is an Associate Professor at Acadia University, Department of History and Classics, having completed his doctorate at the School of Oriental and North African Studies, University of London, England. His area of specific interest is in the history of colonial North Africa, in particular Egypt and Algeria. Questions and refreshments follow. All are welcome.
