Last week's Free Cooking Demo at the St. lawrence Kitchen was such a success that Larry has decided to make every Saturday Afternoon Demo FREE TO ALL.

This week's demonstartion will be on the subject of DESSERT TARTS and Larry will demonstrate two recipes: ITALIAN RICOTTA TART and TART AU CHOCOLAT. He'll show you how to simply make your own ricotta cheese, a rich sweet pastry and how to achieve the perfect balance of sweet and sharp in a lemon tart.
